Dean Cameron - Costume & Set Designer, Male Erotic Artist
I have had the pleasure of being a long time friend, co-worker and collaborator. Winner of the Tom of Finland Emerging Erotic Artist Contest of 1999.
On March 2nd 2020, Dean and I were working on a high priority project in Los Angeles when 12 days later, we were sent home due to COVID. In April of that year, Dean passed away from a heart attack after walking his dog.
I inherited all of the rights for printing, sales, and distribution of all his art. I have acquired over 180 pieces of just his male erotic art been acquired by the Tom of Finland in Los Angeles. A few of the pieces still hang there today.
Here, there are hand drawn, hand colored original art that was on sale prior to his death. As his personal framer, we have at this time, over 150 original unframed pieces, and 40 of his original pieces framed for sale including one painting and one mosaic.
These archival framed pieces include acid-free backing and matting, UV clear glass or museum clear (at an additional $50), and bordered by a tasteful black wooden frame.
Unframed small pieces measure approx. 9in. x 12in. selling for $500 each (plus tax + shipping), with and additional option to add framing.
Framed 9in. x 12in. pieces will be $700 (plus tax + shipping)
Mosaics and larger pieces, please inquire.
Prior to his passing, these were being sold for $1,000 save the larger pieces.
We accept PayPal for payment options.
Layaway options are available between four months to six months. First payment acts as a non-refundable deposit. Concurrent payments will be made on the same date for each month.
For example: the larger mosaics break down to $625 for 4 months (+tax) $417 for 6 months (+tax).
Larger pieces $250 for 6 months (+tax), $167 for 6 months (+tax).
Small framed pieces will run about $175 a month for 4 months (+tax), $117 for 6 months (+tax).
Small Unframed: $125 for 4 months (+tax), $84 for 6 months (+tax).
We will offer insurance at an additional cost if you so choose to purchase. We are NOT responsible for any damage to the pieces once they are in delivery

About the mat & framing
The mat used for the pieces created an approx. 3in space between the image and the start of the frame. Pictured here is an example of a completely framed piece with the mat used by a majority of the other ones.
The Three Bears features a special ornate frame that is pictured here.

On April 29, 2020, Dean Cameron passed away suddenly. All works of art and their copyright were passed down to us. With permission from the estate, all original pieces are available for sale.
